Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder in which people refuse to maintain a healthy body weight for their age and height. They have an obsessive fear of becoming obese. A person struggling with anorexia normally loses 25% or more of his or her original body weight. Anorexics think that they are fat, even when their bodies are emaciated.
